Rates for property hunting :
Minimum Service Fee (excluding VAT): €3,500 + (VAT at 21%) for properties priced under €100,000.
Fee Schedule (exclusive of tax):
From €100 000 to €250 000 3,5%
From €250 001 to €500 000 3%
From €500 001 2,5%
50% at the time of signing the preliminary sales agreement, and the remaining 50% on the day of final signing before a notary.

Identifying your real estate goals is the initial step in our process. We'll have a detailed discussion about your specific requirements to guide our search toward the ideal property. If you don't already possess one, we'll initiate the process to obtain your NIE (Foreigner's Identity Number) if you don't have one.

NEGOTIATION AND SUBMISSION OF OFFER
Upon locating the perfect property, I will submit the offer and
negotiate to secure the best purchase price for you.

FINALISATION
Following the acceptance of the offer, you will typically need to pay 10% of the purchase price as a reservation deposit (Arras).
We will then offer legal assistance to streamline the completion of the transaction.
The final step will involve meeting at the notary's office to sign the official sale deed.
